BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
This position is responsible to ensure the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities and the achievement of targeted market share and sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop business and create demand through the outlet activations
2. Consistently provide the best service, understand the customer needs, as well as engage and influence them through regular outlet visit
3. Implement standard activities in the outlets in accordance with the provisions of the company
4. Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in line with the company strategy and standards
5. Liaise with Distributor's team to achieve sales targets within assigned territory and regularly monitor the performance and follow up with corrective actions
Requirements :
- S1 graduate from any discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer goods (FMCG)as a sales supervisor or marketing representative
- Excellent in communications, negotiation skill, interpersonal relationship, as well as team work
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Proactive and achievement-oriented person
- Fluent in English both spoken and written, and proficient in other language such as Mandarin / Hokkien is an advantage
- Familiar with Ms. Office programs
- Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
- Hold valid driving license "A"
